San Francisco Luxury Apartment

This video was produced as a promotional tool to showcase luxury apartments at the new residential tower, 181 Fremont St, San Francisco. I was given a floor plan and was left to my own devices to create the video. This was the final product. Modeled in 3D Studio Max, animated and rendered in Unreal Engine. The video could be viewed the old school way (on screen) or with Oculus VR.
